    Bill Northcut has always had an interest in Art. I have been painting since 1981. I enjoy attempted to paint just about anything. I began to paint and learn by taking art lessons each week in the spring of 1981 after awhile my paintings began to look like the teachers art work so I stopped taking art lessons. 

I retired from Sul Ross Stsate Univ in Alpine and now work part time as a funeral assistant for Resthaven and also work as a custodian.  At Alpine I served as treasurer for the Davis Mountain Art League and I am past President of the Plains Art Association in Plainview.
